The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids on the following:
Multi-Space Parking Meters
Downtown Oxford Square
The CITY OF OXFORD is seeking bids from vendors to provide and install new multi-space parking meters in Oxford, Mississippi’s historic downtown square. The location of the meters and technical specifications are available to view free of charge at oxfordmsbids.com. Bidders should download and review plans and specifications through the City of Oxford’s bid portal in order to be added to the planholders list. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled at the steps of City Hall on Wednesday, December 3rd at 10:00 am. Prospective bidders are highly encouraged, but not required to attend.
Bids may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, or electronic submission (www.oxfordmsbids.com). All bids are due on or before 1:00 pm, Friday, December 19, 2025. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check not less than 5% of the total bid amount.
