The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids on the following:
FY2026 Oxford Police Vehicle Equipment and Upfitting
The CITY OF OXFORD is seeking bids from vendors to provide and install police vehicle equipment and upfitting services for eight (8) Dodge Durango PPVs. The technical specifications are available to view free of charge at oxfordmsbids.com. Bidders are encouraged to download and review specifications prior to submission. The bids may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, or electronic submission. All bids are due on or before 1:00 pm, Thursday, November 6, 2025. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check not less than 5% of the total bid amount.
