The Mayor and Board of Alderman is seeking sealed bids for the sale of real property described below:

Cedar Oaks, located at 601 Murray Street, more particularly described as Lots 29, 30 & 31 of Avent’s Park Hills Subdivision in the Northwest Quarter (NW ¼) of Section 22, Township 08 South, Range 03 West, City of Oxford, Lafayette County, Mississippi as shown on the Official Plat of said subdivision, recorded in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Lafayette County, Mississippi in Plat Cabinet-A, Slide-35, and shown on the survey attached, collectively in Exhibit “A”.
