The project will be awarded based on the best-qualified bid and is subject to the approval by the Mayor and Board of Alderman. The Board of Alderman reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid meeting will be held Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025 at 10 am, at the City of Oxford Developmental Services Building, 315 Molly Barr Rd., Oxford, MS 38655.
