The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, will receive sealed proposals for the following professional services:

Benefit Brokerage and Consulting Services

The City of Oxford is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified firms interested in providing Benefit Brokerage and Consulting Services. The City is exploring a transition from a fully-insured to a self-insured model and seeks a partner to assist in evaluating, designing, and implementing a sustainable, strategic, and compliant employee benefits program. This RFP outlines the City's objectives, current plan details, expectations, and evaluation criteria.

Proposal requirements and submission instructions are available to view and download at oxfordmsbids.com. Proposers are encouraged to thoroughly review RFP requirements prior to submission. All proposals are due on or before Wednesday, August 13th at 1:00 PM. RFPs may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, OR online before the deadline.

The proposals will be reviewed and scored based on the Evaluation Criteria available on the proposal requirements. The highest rated proposal will be recommended to the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. The Mayor and the Board of Aldermen reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities. All costs associated with the RFP submission is the responsibility of the proposer.
