Notice is hereby given that the City of Oxford will receive bids until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at the First Floor Conference Room, Oxford City Hall, 107 Courthouse Square, Oxford, MS 38655, for the furnishing of all labor and materials and for the construction of that certain project designated as “OXFORD REGIONAL WATER SUPPLY – HALEY WELL NO. 2”. Project Drawings and Specifications are on file and can be viewed at City of Oxford Engineering Department, 107 Courthouse Square, Oxford, MS 38655.

Bids may be submitted by either of the following methods:

1. Electronic Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 31, 2025, by electronic submission as a PDF file at www.waggonerengplans.com

2. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at the City of Oxford City Clerk’s Office, 107 Courthouse Square, Oxford, MS 38655. All sealed bids submitted to City Clerk’s Office shall be marked on the outside face of the envelope “BID: OXFORD REGIONAL WATER SUPPLY- HALEY WELL NO. 2” and shall have the bidder’s Certificate of Responsibility Number written on the outside of the envelope. If any envelope is not so marked, said bid shall not be opened or considered.
