The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, will receive sealed statement of qualifications for the following professional service:

Municipal Financial Advisor

The City of Oxford, Mississippi (“City”), pursuant to Mississippi Code 1972 Annotated §31-7-413, issues this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for Financial Advisor services. The purpose is to retain a firm or firms to act as City’s Financial Advisor on the issuance of general obligation and revenue bonds, refunding, and full-scope financial advisory services. The submission requirements are available to view free of charge at oxfordmsbids.com. The statement of qualifications may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, or electronic submission. All proposals are due at or before Thursday, October 5th, 2023

The financial advisor services contract for the City will be awarded based on the best-qualified submission, and is subject to the approval by the Mayor and Board of Alderman. The Board of Alderman reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and to waive any and all informalities.
