The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, will receive sealed proposals for the following:

City of Oxford Holiday Themed Light Show

The CITY OF OXFORD is seeking Proposals for a manufacturer/installer of Christmas lights, features and other holiday themed elements to incorporate into a light show designed for patrons to walk through as an event at mTrade Park. The Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications are available to view free of charge at oxfordmsbids.com. Proposers are encouraged to download and review the scope of work and submission requirements prior to submittal. The RFPs may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, or electronically. All RFPs are due on or before 10:00 am September 8th, 2023.

In order to be considered, Proposers must be or subcontract from contractor with a Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility. Submit RFP hard copies via hand-delivery or mail to:

The project will be awarded based on the best-qualified proposal and is subject to the approval by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen. The Board of Alderman reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities.
