The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids on the following:

New Metal Building at City Shop

The CITY OF OXFORD is seeking bids from qualified manufacturers and installers to provide labor and materials for a new 45’ x 95’ metal building at the City of Oxford Shop located at 719 Molly Barr Road in Oxford, Mississippi. The technical specifications are available to view free of charge at oxfordmsbids.com. Bidders are encouraged to download and review documents prior to submission. The bids may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, or electronic submission. All bids are due at or before 10:00 am, Thursday, August 17, 2023. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond not less than 5% of the total bid.

Submit sealed (contractor must have Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility clearly labeled on outside of submission), hard copies via hand-delivery or mail to:
