The CITY OF OXFORD is seeking bids from qualified Contractors for audio-visual enhancements for the boardroom at City Hall. The technical documents and scope of service is available to bidders at www.oxfordmsbids.com. Bidders are encouraged to download and review documents prior to submission. Bidders that do not follow the directions in the Submittal Requirement section will not be considered. The Bids may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, or electronic submission. All bids are due on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 2:00 pm.

The project will be awarded based on the best qualified bid and is be subject to the approval of the Mayor and Board of Alderman. The Board of Alderman reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities.
