The CITY OF OXFORD is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide labor and materials for interior
renovations at the Oxford Conference Center located at 102 Ed Perry Boulevard in Oxford, Mississippi. The technical
specifications are available to view free of charge at oxfordmsbids.com. Bidders are encouraged to download and
review documents prior to submission. The bids may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, or electronic
submission. All bids are due at or before 1:00 pm, Thursday, January 12th, 2023. Bids must be accompanied by a
bid bond not less than 5% of the total bid.
Submit sealed (contractor must have Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility clearly labeled on outside of
submission), hard copies via hand-delivery or mail to:
