NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids on the following project: “South 18th Basketball Court”

The CITY OF OXFORD is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor and materials to construct a new basketball court at 901 South 18th Street Extended in Oxford, Mississippi. The technical specifications are available to view free of charge at oxfordmsbids.com. Bidders are encouraged to download and review documents prior to submission.

The bids may be submitted via hand-delivery, US Mail, or electronic submission. All bids are due at or
before 10:00 am, Wednesday, November 9th, 2022. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond not less than 5% of the total bid. Submit sealed (contractor must have Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility clearly labeled on outside of submission), hard copies via hand-delivery or mail to: City of Oxford Attn: Mrs. Ashley Atkinson
